We use this form to ascertain whether you are eligible to receive our stationery at a discounted
rate. These questions are designed for us to gain a greater understanding of your business
and no information is passed on to any third parties or used for any other purposes than for
this application. Try to answer all questions as best and as detailed as you can. We will
respond to applications within 2 working days.

Wholesale Policy

What is my discounted rate: Poppiseed Designs wholesale rate is 20% off the retail price.
Not including shipping. Wholesale discounts do not apply to blank stationery.

How do I claim my discount: Each wholesaler will be issued with a personalised code that
will work the discounted rate out automatically. This number is input into the voucher section
of the shopping cart. The order needs to be placed by the wholesaler issued with code.

Minimum order amount: Orders need to be at least AU$100.00 excluding the shipping
amount to claim your wholesale discount. Minimum order amounts still apply (see our Policy
for more information).

Restrictions: Discounts do not apply to sample packs and Shipping costs. Only one discount
can be claimed per order, eg; Sample pack voucher or wholesale discount.

How do I pay: Poppiseed Designs will not be offering any accounts. Payment must be made
at the time of purchase via credit card, direct deposit, money order or cheque. International
wholesale customers can purchase by credit card only.

Copyright: All designs made by Poppiseed Designs are subject to copyright and cannot be
duplicated or resold without permission. Persons and businesses in breach of our copyright
will be persued using legal channels. See our Policy for more information.

Advertising: Under no circumstances can any products purchased from Poppiseed Designs
be advertised on any website, magazine and newspaper, television, trade fair without previous
written permission from Poppiseed Designs. Any breach of this clause will terminate our
agreement and may be persued using legal channels.
