Designer Stationery:

Proofs: A proof via email will be sent within 2-3 working days upon receipt of full payment and submission of any guest information. Changes or corrections to your proofs will be issued via email. Final responsibility for approving all information rests with the client. A confirmed approval by the client agrees the order, layout and text of the proof is correct and final, changes after this will incur an additional charge. Client errors that have been approved on the final proof will only be reprinted at the client's expense. If the client receives an item that has been misprinted from the original proof it will be re-printed and posted ASAP at no additional charge.

Payment: Payment must be received in full before stationery is set.

Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices include GST.

Refunds or Cancellations: No refunds will be given after email proof has issued and commencement of printing.

Colours/Finish: Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed the version therefore we recommend ordering a sample pack. We also recommend ordering a colour chart if you are considering altering the colour of a design as onscreen colours will vary from printed colours. Poppiseed Designs will take no responsiblity for discrepancies due to colours being chosen from onscreen only or changes of mind. Printed colours may slightly vary between orders and samples.

Methods of payment: Payment can be made via credit card online through the shopping cart, Paypal, cheque, money order (made payable to Poppiseed Designs) or direct deposit see our payments page for more information .

Privacy: Your personal details and your guest information will not under any circumstance be distributed to any third party and is considered private and confidential.

Minimum orders: Minimum orders do apply, please see (*) in the footnote on gallery product pages before adding to the shopping cart.

Images: Images can be supplied either via email, on disk or as a hard copy photograph. Poppiseed Designs will not be liable for photographs or disks lost in the mail. If you think your images may be lost please keep a copy for yourself. We will return posted images with your order. Please ensure digital images are at the highest possible quality. Emailed images must be supplied as a JPEG that is no larger than 3MB and no smaller than 300KB.

Poppiseed Designs will examine your images upon receipt and advise if they are not suitable to be used for print. Poppiseed Designs reserves the right to refuse to use images that are not of suitable quality or offensive in nature.

Please be aware that printed images may differ in colour, darkness/lightness and quality to that of your printed photographs and to that of how they appear on screen. This is due to the different printing process and technique that is used. Poppiseed Designs will not be responsible for variations in colour/quality due to normal printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.

Ownership of photography: By supplying images to Poppiseed Designs for use in stationery, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby or child, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the photos provided and you have the rights to use any information and / or pictures supplied by yourself.

Professionally Taken Photographs: Professional images that are provided to you by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer. Poppiseed Designs will credit photographers on stationery upon request.

By supplying images to Poppiseed Designs you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Poppiseed Designs and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copy written photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos. Poppiseed Designs reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone else’s copyright.

Writing on Stationery: Our stationery is not designed to be put through another printer to type the names of your guests. To write on the invitations it is advisable to test the pen you are planning to use first to avoid smudging and double printing. We recommend that you order spare invitations to allow for calligrapher errors.

International Orders: If you are ordering from an international location, please contact us prior to order to obtain a shipping quote. International shipping charges will depend on your location, size and weight of your order. If your country has any applicable duties and taxes, you will also be responsible for these when the parcel reaches your destination. Please check if any of these will apply to you.

Copyright: All product designs and information are the sole property of Poppiseed Designs. Reproducing and/or copying any designs and information from this site without written permission from Poppiseed Designs is a violation of copyright laws. Poppiseed Designs holds ownership and copyright of all designs whether custom or existing. Poppiseed Designs reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future themes and layouts. All stationery pieces may include a very small copyright credit ‘©www.poppiseeddesigns.com.au’ printed on the item. The credit is positioned not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery.

Custom Designs: A custom design will not commence until full payment has been made. All designs produced by Poppiseed Designs, include sample proofs, remain the property of Poppiseed Designs and are protected by copyright laws. Poppiseed Designs reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future designs.

DIY Supplies:

Refunds and Returns Policy: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering stationery, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind. We also do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or printer compatibility problems.

Cancellation of orders: All do-it-yourself supplies can be cancelled at the discretion of Poppiseed Designs.

Delivery: Allow 2 weeks delivery time on all do-it-yourself items. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock.

Stock Availability: All items on this website are offered for sale in good faith, on the provision they are either in stock, or are available to be ordered from our suppliers. In the unlikely event of that we are unable to fulfill any order, we will contact you via email. You will then have the option to place the item on back-order, re-select a different product or receive a full refund, including any postage fees you may have paid.

Vouchers:

Sample Pack Discount Vouchers: Sample pack discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash or sample packs. Vouchers are not transferable and only one voucher may be used per couple.

Penrith Bridal Expo 2010: Discount voucher is valid for use from 19.06.10 to 31.12.10. Valid for use on wedding stationery, wedding monograms, engagement invitations and DIY supplies. Not valid for use on sample packs. Discount only available to use Once per customer.
