Delivery times:
We endeavour to complete all stationery in a timely manner and will email customers a delivery notification when their order is being dispatched.

General turnaround time:
Sample packs - within 7 working days
Engagement, birthday, baby & christmas stationery - 2 to 10 working days (from final approval to print)
Wedding invitations & stationery - 1 to 3 weeks (from final approval to print)
Additional wedding stationery - 1 to 2 weeks (depending on size of order)
DIY Supplies - Allow 2 weeks deliver time on all do-it-yourself items. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock.
We will notify you if turnaround times need to be extended for any reason. Please contact us for custom design timing or if your order is urgent.

Delivery Cost:
Your deliver cost will be calculated through the shopping cart and is based on the size of your order.

Delivery Method:
Orders within Australia and over $50 will be delivered to your nominated address by Registered Post where your signature will be required to confirm that you have received your order. This is our preferred delivery method as the items will be insured and can be delivered to any address within Australia. If no one is home at time of delivery you will be left with a card, advising you that your order can be picked up from the nearest post office. If you know you will not be home at time of delivery it is advised to provide an alternate address.
If time is running out orders within Australia can also be delivered by Express Post, if this option is chosen liability will rest with the client as no insurance or delivery signature will be obtained.
