Monday, April 25th, 2011I have recently had lots of fun working on some new designs for the special little people in our lives. So Poppiseed Designs is now sporting some fresh new Christening/Baptism invitations and some New Arrival cards.
Here is ‘Eliza’, one of new Baptism invitations. This one is definitely for the girly girl and makes me think of a beautiful vintage christening gown and a pretty pink cupcake filled garden luncheon.
Victoria’s Christening
Wednesday, May 26th, 2010Recently, a lovely client of mine, Effie, had a beautiful idea of having a bird theme for her daughter, Victoria’s Christening. Effie thought our ‘Little Wren‘ wedding invitation would fit perfectly into her theme, with a few minor adjustments to make it into a Christening invitation.
A beautiful lunch celebration at the Haldon Function Centre followed the Christening.
The pink bird theme was carried throughout the lunch with stunning bird centrepieces created by Helen’s Florist at Earlwood.
Poppiseed Designs created some cute little tags to go on the bombonieres, which were little bird cookies!
The Jellybean boxes were sweet and fun!
And a stunning cake was created by Ava Cakes featuring little birds and finished with Victora’s name.
Thank you very much Effie for sharing your daughter’s beautiful Christening, it was simply stunning!
Missing In Action
Tuesday, November 10th, 2009Sorry for the lack of posts of late, but I have been very busy with the newest little member of the Poppiseed Team, who was welcomed to the world on September 30. I was so proud to send out thank yous to our family and friends using the Little Birdie design. I hope to be more on track now with my posts and have many exciting new things coming up to share.
